3. Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the gift, the following conditions must be met:
- Customer must purchase an eligible Mayer Steam Oven model (Model Code: MMSO2050) from: Mayer Malaysia’s official website: https://www.mayermalaysia.com/, or authorized retailers
- Only the first 220 orders (based on timestamp of successful payment) will receive the gift.
- Each eligible order will receive 1 gift set consisting of 2 ceramic mugs.
- This promotion is open to residents of Malaysia only.
4. Gift with Purchase Details
Each qualifying order will receive:
FREE 1 x Color King Ceramic Mug Set (2 pieces)
- The color of the mugs may vary and are distributed at random.
- Total giveaway quantity: 440 ceramic mugs (220 sets)
- The gift has no cash value and is not exchangeable or refundable.
- The gift cannot be requested in a specific color or design.
- Gift with Purchase are strictly non-exchangeable for credit, cash or kinds in all cases, whether in whole or in part. While stocks last.
5. Gift Fulfillment & Delivery
- The gift will be shipped together with the product
- No additional shipping charges will be incurred for the gift.
Mayer and its fulfillment partners will not be held responsible for:
- Lost, stolen, or damaged gifts during delivery.
- Delays due to courier or stock movement issues.
6. Limitations & Exclusions
- This promotion is not valid with any other ongoing promotions, bundle deals, staff discounts, or voucher codes unless otherwise stated.
- Mayer reserves the right to substitute the gift with an item of equal or greater value in the event of stock shortages without prior notice.
- Orders that are cancelled, refunded, or returned after the gift has been dispatched will be considered ineligible, and the customer may be required to return the gift in unused condition.

- Verify the validity of qualifying transactions and reject those that do not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
- Disqualify users who attempt to abuse or manipulate the promotion (e.g., using multiple accounts or fake purchases).
